02 / A connected leasing journey

Less back-and-forth.
More move-ins.

A question becomes a viewing. A viewing becomes an application. The approved record moves into lease preparation, without your team starting again at each handoff.

  1. 01

    Capture the interest

Questions and tour requests arrive with the property attached.

03 / Property care

Reported. Assigned.
Taken care of.

A maintenance request should end with a clear outcome. Give the team a shared record of the problem, the person responsible, and the completed work.

Before we meet

A little more
about Portico.

Practical answers to help you decide if it fits your work.

Is Portico for agencies or independent agents?

Both. Agencies can manage shared portfolios, team responsibilities, and permissions. Independent agents use the same property workflows without needing to set up an agency team.

Can I share my own property listing page?

Yes. Agents and agencies can publish homes to a branded storefront and share its link. Inquiries, viewing requests, and applications return to the workspace responsible for that property.

How do tenants and owners get access?

They receive secure access to their relevant records and actions. Tenants, owners, workers, applicants, and lease signers each have a focused experience separate from the management workspace.

Can I collect rent or run tenant screening through Portico?

Portico currently records rent, balances, and leasing decisions. It does not process online payments, connect to bank feeds, or provide third-party screening.

Can I bring an existing portfolio?

You can create records directly or use supported imports. During setup, review property and unit structure, active leases, opening records, and team assignments before starting daily operations.
